New blog posts: a piece up today on Fast Company’s design blog via Triangulation. It covers Glitchometry and Dither Studies. One day, when I’m done with this thesis paper, I’ll be back to making Glitchometry pieces. Dithers are easy to make once the basic pattern is down but the Glitchometry pieces have to be bled out of my computer. There was also a nice post on ItsNiceThat today about Glitchometry.
For people interested in my take on glitch in general, please check out the Notes on Glitch paper I co-wrote. It emphasizes the process art side of glitch, which is definitely what I’m interested in in this project.
